For Artwork Image Quality, Design As Follows: 

Artwork Size In Pixels: 648 Tall by 1,188 Wide

A 36 Pixel Character will be 1 Foot Tall

Characters Per Line Should be 118.8 | Lines Per Frame Should be 40

File Format

JPEG, BMP or GIF for still image content at 100% quality. Use RGB Color, Not CMYK

Resolution of 72 DPI is sufficient. Focus on pixel dimensions of the artwork.
